Award-winning British singer-songwriter Dido will perform in Athens for the first time as part of her European Tour at the Technopolis in Gazi.
With her radiant voice and poignant lyrics, Dido has continued to capture audiences worldwide for the past two decades with hits such as ‘Thank you’, ‘White Flag’ and her dynamic latest single ‘Hurricanes’. Her songs are characterized by a unique blend of folk roots with electronic pop, giving her music a contemporary and often transcendental feel.

On tour after a six-year hiatus, she remains one of the best-selling female artists in UK chart history. Her down-to-earth demeanour and authentic connection with fans make her a powerful performer who grips her audience from the first song to the last.
THE VENUE – TECHNOPOLIS OF ATHENS
The Technopolis of Athens is one of the city’s major cultural venues located on the site of the city’s old gas works, walking distance from the centre of Athens. The historical industrial compound in Gazi has been refurbished to create a cultural hub and industrial museum that hosts exhibitions, concerts and festivals. The precinct’s courtyard with its three red-lit, looming smokestacks is one of Europe’s most distinct concert venues.
