Iconic rock band Guns N’ Roses will perform in Athens for one night only at the Olympic Stadium.
Guns N’ Roses remains one of the most dynamic and influential American rock bands in history, embedded in pop culture, its 1987 landmark album, Appetite For Destruction stands out as the best-selling US debut album as well as the “11th best-selling US album of all time” , while the “Not In This Lifetime…” tour (2016-2019) was ranked as the fourth highest-grossing concert in music history.
In 1991, Guns N’ Roses shocked the world with a double whammy, 7x platinum albums “Use Your Illusion I” and “Use Your Illusion II”, taking the top two spots on the Billboard 200 upon their release. With total sales exceeding 100 million copies to date, their catalog consists of “G N’ R Lies” (5x platinum), “The Spaghetti Incident?” (platinum), “Greatest Hits (5x platinum)” and “Chinese Democracy” (platinum).
In addition, they are one of the most-streamed rock bands in the world, with an average of 24 million listeners every month on Spotify. After their legendary reunion, they headlined Coachella and sold over 5 million tickets on their “Not In This Lifetime…” tour.
