Murray Perahia, one of the greatest pianists in the world joins the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra to perform at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus as part of this year’s Athens Festival.

The programme includes Beethoven’s fascinating Piano Concerto No. 4, Dimitri Mitropoulos’ Cretan Feast, orchestrated by Nikos Skalkottas, and Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade, inspired by One Thousand and One Nights.
