We Loved: The adventurous menu and beautiful dining room

Cookoovaya opened its doors in late 2014 as the brainchild of five esteemed Athenian chefs and is now a staple of the Athenian dining scene and now under the helm of one chef and patron, Perikles Koskinas.

The extensive menu revitalises familiar dishes, without losing Greek flavour. Dishes such as Cheese Pie with Arcadian Feta, Tyromalama, Cretan Graviera and Anthotyros or Grilled Fish of the Day with Wild Greens, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon highlights Koskinas’ regard for Greece’s culinary past.

An extensive wine list and signature cocktails are well worth exploring. Tasting menus also available.
