As part of its winter program, the Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum presents ‘New Territories,’ a temporary exhibition showcasing the creations of 50 distinguished and emerging Greek jewellery artists. The decorative work will be on display for the first time and highlights the developments in Greek craftsmanship as well as the international trends that have influenced the decorative arts. Lectures and weekly artist presentations will feature through out the exhibition.

The Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum
The Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum was established in 1993 and has nurtured the talents of many Greek jewellery artists that have gone on to receive international recognition for their work. The museum’s permanent collection includes over 4,000 pieces of jewellery and decorative collections that was designed by the museum’s founder Ilias Lalaounis, a pioneer Greek goldsmith. The museum building is housed in a neo-classical building located at the base of the Acropolis. The Lalaounis jewellery company has retail stores throughout Greece and internationally including New York, London and Paris.
