For an upbeat night of music
Mythical performer Mary Linta will sing lyrical melodies of Modern Greek music inspired by the Aegean Sea, with music by the legendary Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis, along with poetry from George Seferis and Nikos Gatsos. Linta will be joined on stage by pianist Tatiana Papageorgiou, dancers from Crete and the great bouzouki virtuoso Thanasis Vassilas.
A 100 member choir from the Athenian Kondaly Conservatory will also perform, making it a thoroughly immersive evening at the Pallas Theatre in Athens.
